This notice covers getzeroline.com and early-access requests. It does not describe an active customer workspace or replace the agreements needed before using the ZeroLine product.
Who is responsible
ISBIT AI AB is responsible for this website's early-access information. Contact jens@isbit.ai for privacy questions or requests.
What you submit
The signup form asks for your work email, company name, team type and agreement to early-access contact. We record the request time and the version of that agreement. It does not ask for a password, payment details, employee records or support-ticket content.
Why we use it
With your consent, we use your details to assess interest and contact you about ZeroLine early access. Joining the list does not create an account, authorize a charge or subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Duplicate submissions do not overwrite an existing request.
Storage and technical processing
The website runs on Vercel. Online signup is enabled only after its Supabase storage is configured and verified in Stockholm. Access to saved requests is restricted to authorized service operators; requests are not published or exposed through a public directory.
Hosting and security systems may process technical request information, such as connection details and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. The signup endpoint uses keyed hashes rather than raw email addresses or IP addresses in its rate-limit counters. This is not a claim that every hosting or network operation takes place only in the EU.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent, ask us to stop contacting you, or request access, correction or deletion by emailing jens@isbit.ai. We may need to verify that you control the submitted address. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
We keep early-access details only while they are needed for that purpose or an applicable legal requirement. You may also have rights to restriction, portability and objection, and may complain to your local data-protection authority, including Sweden's IMY.
Before product access
Customer data-processing terms, supported environments and product availability will be addressed separately before onboarding. Please do not include secrets or customer support content in an early-access request.
